At Kai Collective, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Kai Collective tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
